A dedicated team of quality analysts led by our Quality Manager goes through hundreds of support instances every month to find ways to maintain and improve our quality of support.
Audit and certification
Every year an external agency accredited by UKAS audits our quality system, and if we meet all the stringent requirements, we are issued the ISO 9001:2015 certificate for 1 year.
